What exactly is IrelandTV?
IrelandTV is a TV streaming subscription service for customers in Ireland. It uses IPTV technology, which means your TV channels and on-demand titles stream over your normal broadband connection — no dish or cable box. You watch through a player app such as IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate or IBO Player on the device you already own.
What can I watch?
The subscription covers live TV — news, sport, entertainment and international channels — plus an on-demand library of films and series. We share the full, current line-up when you start your trial, so you can check exactly what's included on your own TV before paying anything.
How does the free 24-hour trial work?
You fill in a short form — no payment details asked. We email your trial access along with setup instructions for your player. You then have a full 24 hours to test everything. If you like it, you activate a plan; if not, you've spent nothing.
Do I need to buy new hardware?
Almost never. If you have a Samsung or LG Smart TV, an Amazon Fire TV Stick, an Android box or phone, or an Apple TV, you're ready. The trial is the easiest way to confirm your setup works before you pay.
What internet speed do I need?
A stable 25 Mbps connection is comfortable for high-definition streaming. Most Irish home broadband and fibre connections are well above this.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are fixed prepaid terms — 1, 3, 6 or 12 months — and they never renew automatically. When your term ends, it simply ends, and renewing is entirely your choice.
What if it doesn't work for me after I've paid?
If the service doesn't work as described on your setup and we can't fix it, you can claim a refund within 7 days of activation. The details are in our refund policy.
